Really good food In beautiful atmosphere with very comfortable seats . Service was in rushed and top notch . My wife and I agreed we would come back unquestionably. We rarely say this as there as so many places to try . One FYI is they did not speak English . For us it was part of the fun . Very solid spot !

L'Esprit Sarlat

We were looked after very well, despite the busy restaurant. The staff were accommodating and informative. The 3 course meal was superb as was the wine.

A beautiful setting , with friendly hosts. Food was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

Starter of duck dishes with salad &amp; Peridord ham was wonderful. Main of duck confit was too salty for me, but my husband loved it. His meringue, berry, and ice cream dessert was wonderful. My walnut cake was dry but had good flavor. Service was a bit slow at times but staff was professional and attentive..  Lovely restaurant with a few missteps, possibly because it was fairly busy that night.

This is an attractive modern restaurant south of the  old city with easily available parking.  The service is warm but inexperienced, with periods of inattention.  The menu is a modern interpretation of the traditional dishes found here, with some international additions.  It is both rich and light, very well prepared and extremely copious.  Share a wonderful salad.  We will return!

Recommended to us by our local hosts and seemed to be frequented by locals. Excellent duck confit, salads, pates, terrines, and very good value with 3 course price fixe menu. Service was friendly.

An excellent restaurant slightly away from the tourist area and therefore offering great food at a very competitive price.Plenty of free parking, attentive but not intrusive service a pleasant modern decor and, most importantly, a varied and tasty typically French/European menu.Thoroughly recommended.
